Job Responsibilities

• Formulate, enforce and reveal insurance policies and packages bearing on to the protection of the bank’s constant property and equipment, the procurement of items and services, logistics support, and protection problems to make sure clean go with the flow of operations all over the branches of the bank;
• Control and screen the administration and distribution of saving gadgets all over the branches and head workplace of the bank;
• Manage supplier portfolio, discover and supply nice carriers with a music report of fine over quantity;
• Develop, implement, and administer all factors of the bank's Security and Safety Programs;
• Administer protection units and settings at all the financial institution facilities;
• Identify, analyze, and manipulate the current and attainable security hazards, and supply safety and protection training, support, and instruction to all financial institution personnel;
• Ensure protection preparations for BRAC Bank events, AGM, EGM, and conferences;
• Develop emergency processes and incident responses, prioritize protection initiatives, put into effect video surveillance, and check out safety breaches;
• Prepare annual price range and analyze finances variances and development reports;
• Oversee each day operations of the department:
• Ensure easy Cash in Transit (CIT) offerings from ATM Services Center (ATMSC) to exclusive ATM booths, Bangladesh Bank, and unique branches;
• Formulate, put into effect and display the things to do associated with hearth safety, and act as the top coordinator in the course of any fire-related emergencies;
• Develop and enforce techniques associated with fireplace protection and behavior everyday emergency evacuation drills in all premises of the bank.

Educational Requirements

• Master in any self-discipline from a UGC-granted university; in the case of sizeable experience, a bachelor’s diploma shall be considered.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of work journey in managing protection and protection of reputed organizations, ideally in the military;
• Knowledge and capabilities to manipulate administrative, projects, logistics, protection problems of an organization;
• Communication and interpersonal capabilities to manipulate heterogeneous inside and exterior stakeholders (Law enforcement corporations and different authorities offices) to make sure seamless and superb carrier supports;
• The functionality of managing workloads;
• Strong management capabilities to pressure the overall performance of the group to gain the goals of the organization;
• Self-propelled, trained in customer-centricity, crew player, and functionality to meet deadlines.
