Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Business Performance Report of Branches and Individual Staff;
- Assist Regional Heads in imposing a variety of Projects of Distribution Network;
- Regularly assessment forecast to authentic performance, become aware of motives at the back of unsatisfactory overall performance and seem for the corrective measure in collaboration with Regional Heads;
- Assist Regional Heads inputting and revising Business Targets;
- Manage MIS and create Database for Distribution Network;
- Analyze Transaction sample of Branches to calculate Individual Staff Productivity;
- Prepare Presentations on Strategy Formulation, Business Analysis, and other Projects;
- Coordinate with Branches related to Business and Operational queries;
- Work on Cross Divisional assignments derived from Management’s agenda;
- Collaborate with Business Solution Department for technique automation.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s diploma from a UGC-approved or permitted university;
Experience Requirements
- At least three years (s)
Additional Requirements
- A minimal of three years trip in planning & evaluation position ideally in department banking;
- Strong command over Microsoft Office, most importantly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good writing and analytics skills.
- Good interpersonal verbal exchange competencies to hold an expert relationship with inner and exterior customers;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Proficient in purchaser centricity, self-propelled, and functionality to meet deadlines.
