Job Responsibilities

• This position is a foremost contact factor for clients of the financial institution and as a result, is accountable for making sure most pleasure to the clients via an excessive degree of provider making sure compliance to all Bangladesh Bank & Internal policy. The incumbent will be accountable for authorization of all-cash transactions, responding to client queries, complaints right away & on time.
• Handle all kinds of purchaser transactions with accuracy and effectivity to make certain the absolute best degree of patron satisfaction.
• Receive and get to the bottom of consumer complaints and queries promptly.
• Promote and recommend clients on the merchandise and offerings of the bank.
• Generate and put together applicable reviews and upkeep of necessary logs and register to make certain compliance with BB and inside policies.
• Maintenance of appropriate methods to make certain clean operations.
