In today's discussion, we will learn about the Illustrator Lasso tool. Those of us who have worked in Photoshop before are familiar with the Lasso Tool. However, there is a difference between the Lasso tool in Illustrator and the Lasso tool in Photoshop. For example, in Photoshop, if you click and drag on an object with the help of the Lasso tool, the part of that object would be selected but in Illustrator, Lasso Tool works in different ways. Let's see how the Lasso tool works in Illustrator.

With the Lasso tool in Illustrator, we can easily select any type of object. We can use the lasso tool to select random or curved objects. Objects that need to be selected can be selected very quickly using the Adobe Lasso tool. Let's see how to do it step by step below.

To use the Lasso Tool, you need to open any object in Illustrator. After opening, select Lasso Tool from the toolbox. Just like the picture below. I am discussing in my case using Adobe Illustrator CC.

Look at the picture above. After selecting the LASO tool, draw with the LASO tool on the documents that you will select. Just like below.

I have created the above shapes using Rectangle Tool in my case. There may be others in your case.

Look at the picture above. Click on the objects that need to be selected at the same time, hold down the left mouse button, move and move to the point you want to select, then return to where the selection started. The parts of the object will be selected. Just like the picture drawn above.

A pen tool is a tool that can be used to draw anything you want. Earlier we talked about the Photoshop pen tool. Much like the use of the Illustrator pen tool, there are many more. Let's take a look at some uses of the Illustrator Pen tool.

Look at the picture below, the tool that looks like a pen is the pen tool. If you weigh a little with the much on the tool will show the name of the tool, so you can easily find it.

Right-click on the Pen tool and you will get several tools including Pen Tool like above such as Add Anchor Point Tool, Delete Anchor Point Tool, Anchor Point Tool.

Let's try some shapes with the pen tool at the beginning. When we open a document in Illustrator and take the pen tool in it, you will see that the much pointer has become like the Coleman Agar. And its keyboard shortcut is P. Now, if you click on any one place, a point will be created in that place and a line will be drawn in the direction where you move the mouse.

So click one more time, you will see a straight line. And now make two points

Done. One of these points is called an anchor point.

The interesting thing is that Illustrator CC or any CC version of Adobe programs in the program to work with the much, especially when working with the pen tool gives a lot of suggestions. As you can see in the picture below.

So it is understood that any sep that can be easily drawn with a straight line can be made. So let's try a little bit of size.

We have made a triangle at the top, now again in another blank part, we will create a point by clicking once with the pen tool. After that, I will not click on the other point and leave it a little up or down. See how a curved line is formed.

The dots in the red circle in the image above can be further curved or straightened by removing the anchor point and the other two ends (the much pointer at one end and the other end of it).

So when you move the mouse, you will see that Auto is making a possible curved line and if you click on that part, it will be a curved line.

How do I stop the pen tool?

The big problem for many people when it comes to working with the pen tool is how to stop this pen tool ?? The task is not so difficult, Aka started with the pen tool from which point if you go there and click again it will stop automatically. The illustrator will assume that the pen tool starts and ends again, so it is a complete object.

And if it happens that you want to stop somewhere in the middle, then press Esc from the keyboard, the pen tool will stop. If you have no idea about Esc, you can take a look at the keyboard introduction.

Add Anchor Point Tool

Let's find out now what the Add Anchor Point Tool does. And the keyboard is +, the + sign next to the father of the backspace. With this, more anchor points can be added to the objects. For example, suppose there are a total of 3 anchor points in the image above. I want to add two more points. To do that we can either take the Add Anchor Point Tool or just with the Pen tool.

After taking the Add Anchor Point Tool or when the Pen Tool is selected, move the much on any sep with the Pen tool and then add + sign to the bottom of the column. Clicking on this condition will see that one more point has been added. As you can see in the picture below, 3 points just before clicking.

After clicking, see below, there is another new point added. So when the pen tool is selected in the illustrator on the second path, if you take the mute, you can add it if there are no points before.

Delete Anchor Point Tool

Existing points can be deleted with the Delete Anchor Point Tool. And its keyboard is being tapped -. For example, before we add points a little earlier, there were a total of 3 points (beginning, middle, and end) in the upper curve. Now if we delete the point in the middle, the curve of the curved line will change and it may be a straight line if we do not draw any other two points.

The first part of the picture above had three points. As the middle watch is deleted with the Delete Anchor Point tool, the sep has changed as seen in the second part of the picture. Since the 3rd point (now the 2nd) was pulled a little earlier, it has become a little crooked instead of a straight line.

The 4th tool in the Pen Tool group is the Anchor Point Tool which can be used to move and change the anchor points of the shells created in Illustrator. The keyboard command is Shift + C

Suppose we want to change the sept below a bit with the anchor point tool. So I will bring the sept of its left pass further down.

We will drag it down a little by selecting the anchor point tool. As you select the Anchor Pointer tool, a curve appears below it (the much pointer). This time, if you grab it and drag it, the sep will change.
